Overview

** procure the appointment of service providers to manage Accommodation, Flight, Car Rental, Shuttle and Super Luxury Coaches for the Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and Culture (DSAC) for three years, appointing five district-based providers.** Bidders should have travel-management experience, a proven public-sector track record, and ability to operate district-wide service delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in travel management (air, accommodation, car hire, shuttle, and premium coaches) with references.
• Compliance: SA tax obligations (SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status, CSD if no PIN); VAT registration where applicable; no disqualifying state-service affiliations.
• Pricing: firm prices, valid for 120 days; district-specific pricing (VAT and Non-VAT variants as applicable); all costs included.
• Procurement/compliance: adherence to National Treasury and Limpopo prescripts; use of Travel Management Company; anti-fronting commitments; SLA requirements; performance security.
• Contract scope: five providers (one per district), with SLA and replacement by nearest district if a provider fails to deliver.
• Documentation: complete and sign SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.1 pricing, SBD7); annexures for district pricing (VAT/Non-VAT); district-specific VAT/NON-VAT pricing schedules.
