Procurement of professional services for the Third and Fourth Floor Office Reconfiguration Project at OR Tambo International Airport, for a four-year term, covering Architectural, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Construction Health and Safety Agent disciplines. Bids may cover one or more disciplines and will be evaluated per discipline; contracts are NEC3 Professional Services Contracts (PSC) for 48 months.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN for verification; if not available, provide CSD number; if in a consortium, each party must submit its own TCS/CSD (RFP document).
