Overview

Provision of Cleaning & Hygiene Services at King Shaka International Airport for a 12-month period under an NEC3 Term Service Contract. Bidders should be experienced cleaning/hygiene service providers capable of operating in an airport environment, with strong health, safety, environmental and labour compliance, and who can submit with NEC3 contract documents, pricing, and related schedules. Requirements

• Complete and sign NEC3 Term Service Contract data (Form of Offer and Acceptance, Tables 1–3, pricing data) and any deviations (Schedule of Deviations). See 2. KSIA - NEC TSC Cleaning Hygiene Services - 12 month 10 07 2026.pdf (C1, C2, C3, C4).
• Complete Annexure A Pricing Schedule and the Pricing Data; include monthly/measured items and all cost elements. See ANNEXURE A KSIA Cleaning Hygiene BOQ.
• Sign the Occupational Health and Safety Mandatary Agreement and obtain required safety/health documentation (baseline risk assessment, health & safety plan, induction, PPE, etc.). See ANNEXURE B.
• Comply with environmental conditions (EMS 048) and wage-rate requirements (BCCI; Annexure D). See ANNEXURE C and ANNEXURE D.
• Provide tax/compliance documents (SARS PIN or CSD number). See Section 1 of the Invitation to Bid. See 1 Tender Document for Services.
