Overview

Provision of Comprehensive Pest Control Services at OR Tambo International Airport for a period not exceeding 60 months. Bidders should be qualified pest control service providers with DALRRD pest-control certification, capable of delivering on-site, environmentally friendly treatments across all airport facilities, supplying chemicals, MSDS, and labour, in line with NEC3 Term Service Contract terms.

Requirements

• Fully completed and signed Form of Offer (C1.1) and related contract data.
• Valid Pest Control Certificate as required by DALRRD (Act 36 of 1947, section 10).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; separate PINs for any JV/consortium members.
• Price, BBBEE and specific goals under PPPFA (80/20) with supporting evidence; proof of BBBEE status.
• Attendance at non-compulsory briefing (19 Aug 2026) and on-site briefing/site inspection details; data submitted on time (submission by 08 Sep 2026 12:00).
• Additional: proof of authority to sign, confidentiality, and security vetting requirements.
