Requirements

• Mandatory Stage 1 items: completed pricing schedule, attendance at the compulsory briefing, fully completed Form of Offer (C1.1), SBDs, Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number, BBBEE and related returnable documents.
• Functionality Stage 2: total 100 points with a 75-point threshold; categories include Company Experience (40) and Key Project Personnel (60) with specific sub-criteria (project letters, monitoring system experience, professional registrations).
• Key personnel: Project Manager (Pr CPM or Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng), Civil, Wet Services, Instrumentation, Mechanical engineers; minimum 10+ years or equivalent design/contract management experience for bulk water/water reticulation.
• Contract basis: NEC3 Professional Services Contract (PSC) with Main Option A (priced contract with activity schedule) and specified amendments.
• Compulsory briefing, site inspection details, and query deadline are defined in the RFP; SARS/CSD/TCS compliance is required.
