Overview

ACSA invites bids for professional services to install Security Access Control Equipment at the General Aviation sites for 24 months. This open-tender targets multidisciplinary security/engineering consultants able to deliver planning, design, procurement support, and construction monitoring for high-security aviation facilities (airports’ GA sites).

Requirements

• SACPCMP registrations: Construction Project Manager (PrCPM) and Construction Health and Safety Agent (CHSA).
• Engineering/architecture registrations: ECSA (PrEng/PrTech) and SACAP registrations (Pr.Arch/PrSenArchTech/Pr.ArchTech) for relevant personnel.
• Demonstrated capability: experience on three or more similar projects; CVs for key roles (minimum one candidate per discipline); project manager and health/safety leads with appropriate qualifications.
• Team deliverables: clear project organogram, resourcing plan, project plan, and risk register.
• Multidisciplinary scope: coordination across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics/Instrumentation & Control, ICT; additional specialist inputs as required.
• Compliance documents: Tax compliance (SARS PIN) or CSD number; SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Confidentiality/NDA; BBBEE certificate or affidavit; VAT questionnaire; ACSA terms and conditions.
• Security vetting: as ACSA is a National Key Point; potential vetting for selected bidders.
• Validity: bid prices must remain firm for the stated duration (120 working days).
