Procurement of the supply and delivery of electrical spares at King Shaka International Airport for up to 36 months. Suitable bidders are suppliers of electrical spares, lighting and lighting spares with NEC3 contract experience; must provide warranties, references, and compliant with SA tax, supplier and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing attendance (05 Oct 2026, 11:00) at KSIA (see Tender document KSIA7816/2025/RFP)
• Fully completed and signed Form of Offer (C1.1) and Pricing Schedule (NEC3)
• Two reference letters from customers for electrical spares
• Warranties from manufacturers
• SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) via SARS e-filing or printed TCS; CSD number if no TCS
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and VAT registration
• Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
• Declaration of Interest/PEP form and BBBEE documentation or affidavit
• Compliance with confidentiality, security vetting if required, and related CCSA terms
• Validity of information for contract period: 120 working days
