Overview

This tender seeks the supply and delivery of FOD equipment at King Shaka International Airport for five years. The service scope includes 1 motorised mechanical sweeper and several tow-behind non-motorised sweepers, with OEM or OEM-approved technical support for 5 years, plus deployment at KSIA and other sites (KPA, CDSIA). Bidders should have capabilities in large-scale FOD equipment supply, ensure OEM support, and meet mandatory administrative and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Fully completed and signed Form of Offer (C1.1) and Schedule of Deviations; all mandatory returnables submitted.
• OEM or OEM-approved agent letter confirming 5-year service/support for required equipment.
• Two reference letters for supplying/delivering motor vehicles with minimum value R5,000,000 in the last 5 years, with relevant POs/acceptance letters.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax PIN or CSD registration; provide TCS if applicable; include VAT and related forms.
• Returnable documents: Declaration of Interest/PEP form, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Confidentiality/NDA, BBBEE certificate or affidavit, ID documents for directors, Annex A acknowledgment.
• Airside vehicle inspection compliance (Annex A) and adherence to ACSA airside vehicle/operational standards.
• Eligibility to meet NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC 3) terms (Main Option A) and related contract data.
• Bid validity period of 120 working days; security, confidentiality, and security vetting where required.
