REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, DECOMMISSIONING AND DISPOSAL OF AUDIO AND VIDEO CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT FOR THE OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT MEDIA CENTRE, OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT EMERGENCY COMMAND CENTRE AND VARIOUS OTHER ACSA AIRPORTS MEETING ROOMS, FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS.

Overview

This tender seeks the supply, installation, decommissioning and disposal of audio and video conferencing equipment for the OR Tambo International Airport Media Centre, OR Tambo Emergency Command Centre and various ACSA airport meeting rooms, for a 24-month period. It targets qualified AV/UC integrators with OEM accreditation, AV design/architecture capability, and project management proficiency to execute nationwide across ACSA facilities (as per the scope in COR8110/2026/RFP and Annexures).

Requirements

• Verifiable OEM certificates/letters showing accredited OEM partnerships (Stage 1)
• Completed Pricing Schedule (ANNEXURE B)
• Attendance at compulsory briefing and site visit
• Full Technical Specification Sheet completed and compliant (ANNEXURE A)
• PM/PRINCE2 (Project Manager) and OEM Architectural/Design certifications with relevant AV experience
• Reference letters showing 2+ years AV experience and project sizes (≥1 x 40-seat room and ≥3 x 8-seat rooms)
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; VAT status as applicable
• Returnable docs: Declaration of Interest, SBD forms, NDA, BEE/BBBEE, etc.
• Insurance: cover as per Annexure D (Contract Works, SASRIA, Professional Indemnity, etc.)
• Security vetting considerations for National Key Point status
