Overview

• Bidder must complete Form of Offer, sign and witness; use black ink.
• Compliance with CIDB-based contract framework (CIDB Standard Professional Services Contract 3rd Edition, 1015).
• Bidder must be on time to deliver and accept that IDT may reserve rights and/or disallow non-responsive bids.
