REQUEST FOR CATERING SERVICES FOR PEER FACILITATOR CEREMONY (EMERGENCY)Closed

The University of Fort Hare invites quotes for catering services for the Peer Facilitator Ceremony (Emergency). The scope covers catering for 150 attendees (morning tea and lunch) with a preferred braai menu option, suitable for an event at the East London Campus, Miriam Makeba. Bidders should have catering experience, food-safety credentials and be able to operate under UFH SCM policy.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is compulsory
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit
• Health Certificate (food-handling)
• Compliance with UFH SCM policies; pricing schedule including VAT; submission of standard bid documents (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9) and the Pricing/Price Declaration Form

Notes: The University may not accept the cheapest bid and reserves the right to amend evaluation criteria. The price must be all-inclusive as per the pricing schedule (including VAT).
