Overview

The University of Fort Hare invites quotes for decor services for a ceremony in East London (emergency). The decor is for the Peer Facilitator Ceremony on 13 October 2026 at the East London Campus (Miriam Makeba), with setup required the day before the event. Bidders should be experienced decor/service providers and must meet UFH SCM requirements (CSD registration, tax clearance, BBBEE) and submit in accordance with the RFQ RFQ092/CB2026 (see attached RFQ and SPECIFICATION for details).

Requirements

• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is compulsory
• Compliance with UFH SCM policy; quotation must be on company letterhead
• Pricing schedule and total price including VAT; price valid for 90 days
• Completion/delivery aligned with SPECIFICATION: decor installed the day before the event
