Overview

This RFQ seeks monthly energy management monitoring for the existing DLMS 3-phase 4-wire online smart metering at Automotive Supplier Park, Rosslyn, Pretoria, for 36 months. Target bidders are energy management service providers with CIDB 2EB/2EP or higher, plus electrical contracting qualifications and manufacturer/standards credentials.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 2EB or 2EP or higher
• Installation Electrician registered as Electrical Contractor with the Department of Labour and valid Wireman’s license
• Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Certificate/Confirmation Letter
• SANAS accreditation for metering calibration
• Must be registered on National Treasury CSD (provide CSD number) and Active on SPDC t/a AIDC database
• SBD forms (4, 6.1, 6.2), Pricing Schedule, BBBEE documentation
• POPIA consent for processing bidder information
• Integrity Pact signed (Annexure A)
