REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR KAA PLC BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY

Overview

EOI for provision of consultancy services to develop KAA PLC's Business Transformation Strategy (2027-2050) and related deliverables. Open to eligible consulting firms; joint ventures allowed with a clearly identified lead firm, responsibilities, percentage participation, and key personnel. Local participation to identify Kenyan experts across technical, financial, change management, airport operations and risk analysis.

Requirements

• i) 2 similar assignments in last 10 years with gross remuneration USD 3 million.
• ii) At least one airport assignment with 20M+ passengers and 3M+ tons cargo per year.
• iii) 10+ years in Africa/emerging markets in airport advisory services.
• iv) Availability of requisite competencies and expertise.
• v) Lead Consultant with international airport: 12 years, 5 completed airport strategy assignments, multiple jurisdictions, airport operations.
• vi) Project Director/Airport Strategy Lead: 12 years, airport strategy experience, international assignments, board-level advisory experience.
• vii) Other specialists: Aviation Economist (12+ years), Airport Commercial, Digital Enterprise/Smart Airport (10+), Corporate Transformation/Regulatory (10+), Master Planner/Infrastructure Funding/Climate Resilience (10+).
• viii) Local Participation: identify Kenyan experts in technical, financial economics, change management, airport operations, legal/risk, utilities, business development and knowledge transfer.
• DO NOT submit financial bid at this stage.
• Consultancy period: 12 months including handholding.
• Expression of Interest capped at 30 pages.
