Overview

EOI for multinational consultancy services to conduct a Technical Audit for the Kenya-South Sudan Road Corridor Upgrading Project, Lesseru–Kitale and Morpus–Lokichar, Phase 1, envisaged over 48 months. Suitable bidders are civil-engineering consultancies (JV allowed) with proven highway/bridge technical-audit experience, and preferably Sub-Saharan Africa exposure. (NEWSPAPER ADVERT)

Requirements

• Firm registered in Civil Engineering and related services for at least 10 years.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering technical audits of highways/bridges; minimum three similar assignments in last 10 years, including Environmental and Social Impact Management audits.
• Experience in similar conditions; Sub-Saharan Africa experience advantageous.
• Availability of Key Experts to undertake the assignment (Key Experts not evaluated at shortlisting).
• Compliance with AfDB Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations (October 2015).
