Overview

Procurement of forty Bluetooth headphones (40 units) for the University of Fort Hare, including branding on the headbands. Bidders should be registered suppliers able to supply consumer electronics, with CSD registration and valid tax clearance.

Requirements

• Respond fully to the RFQ specifications (RFQ101NM2026 and attached Specification).
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.
• Compliance with UFH SCM policy; evaluation uses a points system tied to price and B-BBEE status; the value is under R50m.
• Provide pricing including VAT; complete SBD forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9) and supply B-BBEE status evidence.
• Product must meet the Specification: Bluetooth 5.0, 10m range, built-in microphone, 200mAh battery, 2h charge, 4-6h playback, 20Hz-20kHz, 85dB; branding 22x22 mm on headband (1-color print).
