Overview

Request For Information on the Office Cleaning Materials to inform standardised specifications and procurement for government offices. The National Treasury OCPO/Strategic Procurement seeks input from manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and other cleaning-material suppliers on products, packaging, performance, sustainability and applicable standards to help develop minimum bid specifications for inclusion in the government specification library. Requirements

• Participants: manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and other relevant cleaning-material providers.
• Inputs sought on product specifications, packaging, performance, sustainability and applicable standards (e.g., SANS/NRCS references in attached annexes).
• No formal documents are required to respond (conditions in the RFI).
• Purpose: inform minimum bid specifications for Office Cleaning Materials to be incorporated into the eTenders specification library (see Annexes for sample items and standards). (See (ANNEXU~2.XLS) for product details and standards.)
