Overview

This is a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market information on the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture for the Competition Commission of South Africa. The Commission invites suitably experienced furniture manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, installers and related market participants to provide current market data and indicative pricing to inform a future procurement process.

Requirements

• Proof of CSD registration and a current CSD report
• Completed and signed RFI response and declaration
• Company profile detailing furniture supply, delivery and installation capability
• Product brochures or technical data sheets for proposed products or equivalents
• Completed Annexure A pricing and technical response schedule
• Warranty and guarantee schedules
• Indicative delivery and installation plan
• Details or certificates of relevant insurance
