Overview

The Competition Commission seeks information from universities, higher education institutions or business schools to identify accredited, NQF-aligned short courses that can be packaged into an Administrators Development Programme (ADP) for CCSA staff. The RFI aims to identify suitable providers of accredited, credit-bearing courses, outline a structured ADP, and gather costing and implementation details. Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Provide information on accredited short courses that are credit-bearing and/or NQF-aligned, suitable for packaging into the ADP.
• Demonstrate how courses map to the ADP modules, including accreditation status, NQF level/credits, learning outcomes, and recommended sequencing (no need for identical titles if content aligns) (RFI06 2026-2027 ADP.pdf).
• Deliver a proposed ADP structure, articulation opportunities, and a 12–18 month implementation plan, plus indicative costing and a pricing model.
• Maintain confidentiality and submit responses as required (one emailed submission; original signed copy; subject line must include RFI details).
