Overview

RFI for the Establishment of a Lease Agreement for Additional Office Accommodation at Westville – East Grid (RFI FOR WESTVILLE LEASE AGREEMENTS.pdf) is an open information-gathering exercise to inform NTCSA’s future lease sourcing in the Westville East Grid area. It targets market participants with suitable office space and related capabilities, including property owners, property management companies, authorised brokers/agents, and others who can provide property details, market data, and indicative terms.

Requirements

• Electronic submission via Eskom E-Tendering (PDF and Excel only; max 50MB per file; total submission 900MB; no zip files; no hard copy).
• This is a stand-alone RFI to obtain market intelligence; responses may include non-binding indicative pricing for analysis.
• Provide comprehensive property/location details for Westville Area, including occupancy status, availability, parking, security, and facilities; address Part B questions.
• Include documentation: proof of ownership/authority, occupancy certificate, building plans, electrical/fire/compliance certificates, zoning, accessibility, and other statutory docs (copies may be attached).
• Indicate willingness to participate in a future NTCSA lease tender and provide non-binding indicative base rental (per m2 per month or total per month) excluding VAT, plus operating costs, deposits, escalations, and any tenant-installation costs.
• Highlight any factors that would deter participation and provide additional information or recommendations.
• Respondents may submit supplementary documents to aid NTCSA’s strategy.
