Request for Information (RFI) for the Establishment of a Lease Agreement for Additional Office Accommodation at Empangeni – East Grid. NTCSA/Eskom seeks market intelligence to inform a future lease procurement for Empangeni – East Grid. Target respondents: property owners, property management companies, authorised brokers/agents, or other parties with commercial office leasing experience and local Empangeni area knowledge.

Requirements

Respondents should provide: location(s) in the Empangeni area; total rentable office area, configuration and whether it can be subdivided or expanded; availability date and current occupancy; parking (numbers/types); security arrangements; potential alterations/tenant installations and funding; willingness to enter a lease of roughly four to five years; non-binding indicative base rent (ZAR/m2 or total per month) excluding VAT; indicative operating costs, deposits, escalation, and other material commercial assumptions; any factors that could affect participation; and any other information to aid NTCSA in future sourcing.
