REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR THE PROVISION OF AN ENTERPRISE PROJECT CONTROLS SOLUTION AND AN ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT (CMMS) SOLUTION

Overview

The RFI seeks information from providers of Enterprise Project Controls and CMMS solutions to modernise Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority's project controls and asset-management capabilities. It targets vendors with capabilities in Enterprise Project Controls (planning, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, project finance, performance monitoring, reporting) and CMMS (asset register, work orders, preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance, inventory, mobile maintenance, barcode/GPS). Suitable for SaaS, on‑premises or hybrid deployments, with experience in water infrastructure or public‑sector projects and strong integration, security and change-management capabilities.

Requirements

• Compliance with the RFI process, including clearly labeled submissions for RFI 101/2026/EWSS/CMMS/ RFI.
• Submissions to tenders02@tcta.co.za; clarifications by 04 November 11h00; closing 13 November 2026 11h00.
• Returnables and documents: Stage 1 returnables (SBD 4, BBBEE certificate issued by SANAS or valid EME/QSE affidavit); Stage 2–4 information, pricing, and company vetting documents.
• Pre-qualification/compliance: BBBEE requirements; POPIA/confidentiality; intellectual property warranties; avoidance of fronting; conflicts of interest.
