Overview

This Request for Quotation seeks suppliers to manufacture and deliver leather folders branded with the Statistics South Africa logo. Suitable bidders include suppliers of branded leather goods or corporate gifts with capacity for bulk production and branding, delivering to Pretoria at 1 Koch Street, Isibalo House, Salvokop.

Requirements

• Submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms.
• Provide certified copies of IDs of directors.
• Provide certified CIPC documents.
• Comply with the leather folder specifications and branding requirements in the attached Specification.pdf.
• Comply with all mandatory requirements; non-compliance and missing documentation will lead to disqualification (NB note in Special Conditions).
