Request for Leather Folders with Stats SA LogoClosed

Overview

The procurement is for leather folders branded with the Stats SA logo, to be supplied by office stationery vendors with branding capability. Bidders should be able to complete government bid requirements (SBD forms) and meet the disclosure/compliance obligations outlined in the RRQ (see attached).

Requirements

• Submit SBD4 Annexure A (Bidder’s Disclosure) including disclosures on:
  • employment by an organ of state
  • relationships with staff of the procuring institution
  • interests in related enterprises; include CSD registration numbers
  • ensure no tender defaulter/restricted-supplier status
• Submit SBD6.1 (pricing schedule) as applicable.
• Provide certified copies of IDs of owners and certified copies of CIPC documents.
• Comply with anti-corruption/competition provisions and sign the declaration (with dates).
• Ensure quotes are sent to the stated email and not copied to others (to avoid disqualification).

Note: Some items refer to the attached RRQ (SBD4 Annexure A is provided as “REVISED SBD 4 -Annexure A.docx”).
