Overview

Procurement of Microsoft Word Training for four participants to be delivered at Isibalo House, Salvokop, Pretoria. Statistics South Africa invites service providers to quote for delivering MS Word training. Bidders should have capacity to provide training, be registered on the Central Supplier Database, and submit the required SBD forms, certified IDs, and CIPC documents, complying with the mandatory specification in the RFQ.

Requirements

• Quotation reference number, validity period, CSD Master registration number (MAAA) and tax compliance PIN
• Completed SBD forms (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1)
• E-filing copy of valid Tax Clearance certificate
• Certified copy of ID document
• Original / Certified copy of company registration (CIPC)
• Supplier must be registered on CSD
• If claiming HDI points, provide proof for race (Black), Women, Disabled, Youth with required documentation
• Declaration of Interest (SBD 4) completed and returned
• Quotes on company letterhead, including VAT registration number if VAT registered
• Prices valid for the duration of the order; payment within 30 days of invoice
• Stats SA reserves the right not to award or to procure only some items
