Overview

Procurement of an MS Excel Course for Beginners to be delivered at Stats SA facilities (Isibalo House, Salvokop, Pretoria). Service providers offering beginner Excel training with the capacity to meet the attached specification should bid. Quotes must include SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and certified copies of IDs/CIPC documents, and be sent to quotations@statssa.gov.za by 2026-07-20 16:00. Requirements

• Complete and submit the following with your quotation:
• SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) forms (see attached documents).
• Certified copies of directors’ IDs and certified CIPC documents; tax clearance PIN/CSD details as applicable (RFQ requirements).
• E-filing copy of valid Tax Clearance certificate; original/certified company registration (CIPC); CSD Master registration number.
• Proof to claim Specific Goals under the 80/20 or 90/10 preference system (Black, Woman, Disabled, Youth) with supporting documentation.
• Compliance with the attached specification document; non-compliance may disqualify.
