Overview

RFQ for Office Furniture to supply, deliver and assemble UFH’s office furniture per Specification-Furniture-2026.pdf. Bidders should be furniture manufacturers or suppliers with experience in office fit-outs, capable of delivering fully assembled or on-site assembly, and providing warranty, delivery lead times, and compliance with UFH policies. Key requirements include CSD registration, Tax Clearance and BBBEE verification.

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Samples/catalogues with technical details prior to award
• Delivery, assembly and a minimum 6+ months warranty; indicate delivery lead times
• Completion of required SBD forms and adherence to UFH SCM policies
