Overview

Procurement of one tablet and a 27-inch monitor for the University of Fort Hare. IT hardware suppliers should bid if they can supply an Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (M5) or equivalent plus Apple Pencil Pro and a 27-inch HDMI monitor, with delivery per UFH requirements. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and hold an original Tax Clearance Certificate; quotes are evaluated under UFH SCM policy.

Requirements

• Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.
• Capability to supply Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (M5) or equivalent, Apple Pencil Pro or equivalent, and a 27-inch monitor (HDMI) per attached specification (RFQ0102NM2026.-Specification-1.pdf).
• Compliance with SCM policy; price-based award with max 100 points (80 for price, 20 for BBEE), per SBD 6.1.
• Complete bidding documentation and forms as required (e.g., SBDs) as part of the bid.
