Overview

The University of Fort Hare invites quotes for an Outdoor Wellness and Emotion Release Space for GBV Survivors, including outdoor low‑impact fitness equipment, a flexible stretching/yoga area, privacy/safety features, shade, signage and associated installation and site works. Consider bidding if you supply or install outdoor fitness equipment, can deliver survivor‑centred spaces, and provide integrated site planning, accessibility, safety and maintenance services; familiarity with GBV support environments is advantageous.

Requirements

• Tax clearance certificate (original).
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Compliance with the technical specifications in Specifications.pdf for outdoor wellness equipment and space.
• Ability to supply installation, sub-base, drainage, safety surfacing, and ongoing maintenance as part of the project.
• Adhere to UFH SCM policy; price evaluation follows 80/20 or 90/10 rules; price validity 90 days.
