Overview

This RFQ seeks quotes for the supply, refill (as-and-when) and delivery of gas cylinders to AIDC’s Winterveld Enterprise Hub and Chamdor Automotive Hub for 24 months. Suitable bidders are gas/industrial gas suppliers capable of supplying Oxygen, Argon, and Acetylene (14–16 kg, 17–19 kg, 8–10 kg bottles) and performing refills, with firm pricing and reliable delivery. Vendors must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet POPIA, BBBEE and other compliance requirements; submit SBD4/SBD6.1/SBD6.2 and a completed Pricing Schedule.

Requirements

• Compliance with 80/20 evaluation (price 80, specific goals 20), min functionality 70%, and overall price validity for 90 days.
• Mandatory documentation: SARS PIN; valid BBBEE affidavit or SANAS certificate; SBD 4; SBD 6.1; SBD 6.2; fully completed Pricing Schedule; CSD number (active status); DMR/DMRE distribution or wholesale license where applicable.
• Pre-qualification: valid wholesale/distribution license from relevant authority; POPIA consent to process personal data.
• Specific goals: BBBEE level points as per SBD 6.1; proof documents to claim points.
• Integrity: sign Annexure A Integrity Pact; comply with CIDB/safety where relevant.
• Delivery to two addresses: Winterveld Hub and Chamdor Hub; prices must be firm, VAT shown separately where applicable.
