Overview

The National Lotteries Commission seeks a catering service provider for the Education and Awareness Workshop in the Northern Cape, to be delivered on 18 August 2026. The event supports about 100 delegates at Tsholofelo Soup Kitchen, Mapoteng, Northern Cape, and requires on-site catering for a one-day program, including timely delivery, waste removal, and provision of pre-packaged lunches plus beverages. Requirements

• Catering capability for ~100 delegates, including pre-packaged lunches with specified components and bottled water/soft drinks.
• On-site service at 12:00 lunch, with on-time delivery and waste removal; provide own cutlery, plates, tablecloths, cups, and serviettes.
• Compliance and documentation:
• Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and a complete pricing schedule (NLC Pricing Schedule).
• Municipality food premises certificate valid for Northern Cape.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with current summary and SARS tax compliance status (or valid TCS PIN).
• POPIA consent form for data processing.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Documents to submit via e-Tender; cross-check tax and supplier verification requirements.
• Adhere to PPPFA 2022 80/20 evaluation; provide details for specific goals (black ownership, women ownership, youth ownership, disabilities).
• Note: hard-copy documents may be requested via courier within 3 working days if required (Stage 3).
