Procurement of catering services for the National Lotteries Commission Education and Awareness Workshop in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. Requirements

• Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1)
• Complete pricing schedule (NLC Pricing Schedule) and compliance with 80/20 PPPFA
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with full CSD report and SARS tax compliance
• POPIA consent form and compliance with data privacy rules
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for preference points)
• Valid Mpumalanga municipality COA for food premises
• Tax compliance status (TCS PIN) or evidence if on CSD
• Capability to supply pre-packaged lunch as specified and to manage waste on site
• May be requested to provide hard copies via courier within 3 working days if requested
