Overview

The National Lotteries Commission seeks a catering service for the Education and Awareness Campaigns at Malamulele Hall on 16 September 2026, to provide food and beverages for approximately 150 delegates. Bidders should be qualified catering service providers able to operate as a one-off event; mandatory registrations and compliance include CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, B-BBEE, and a COA for Limpopo food premises.

Requirements

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a recent CSD report and tax compliance status.
• Submit POPIA consent form for processing personal information.
• Provide B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (consolidated for JV if applicable).
• Provide tax compliance documentation (SARS TCS PIN or equivalent) or CSD number.
• Submit pricing schedule/quotation and fully completed standard bidding documents (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
• Provide a valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) for food premises from a Limpopo municipality.
• Provide evidence of COIDA coverage/good standing.
• Ensure on-time delivery and supply per the RFQ specification; bring own cutlery, crockery, tablecloths, cups, and serviettes as required by the brief.
• Submissions must be made via the E-tender portal; email submissions will not be considered.
