Overview

Provision of catering services for the National Lotteries Commission Education and Awareness Campaign in Sekgosese, Limpopo (18 August 2026) for about 150 delegates. Bidders should be catering providers able to service a one-off event at Maembene Community Hall, Stand M22 Sekgosese Area, delivering the specified menu and meeting on-site requirements.

Requirements

• Catering capability for 150 delegates, delivery to Maembene Community Hall, Sekgosese Area.
• COA for food premises from the Limpopo municipality (only Limpopo province).
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance status; provide CSD number and SARS Tax Compliance Status or PIN.
• Returnable documents: signed SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and POPIA consent form.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for preference points).
• On-site10:00 delivery time notes; bring own cutlery, plates, tablecloths, cups and serviettes; deliver on time; and provide containers for late continuation.
• Reporting to NL C Limpopo Office and comply with PPPFA/evaluation requirements.
