Overview

Procurement of a catering service provider for the National Lotteries Commission Education and Awareness Workshop in the Western Cape. Suitable bidders are catering companies with validated food premises, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, SARS tax compliance, POPIA consent processes, and BBBEE documentation, capable of delivering a one-day service (24 July 2026) at Lavender Hill Shared Facility, Cape Town (see REQUEST FOR QUOTATION- NLC CATERING.pdf).

Requirements

• Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) and the pricing schedule; signed by an authorized person; include the POPIA consent form and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a full CSD report and SARS tax compliance status; provide your TCS PIN or tax compliance status.
• Valid Western Cape municipality food premises certificate.
• Evidence of compliance with COIDA for employees (may be requested).
• Bidders must submit via the E-TENDER PORTAL by the closing date; email submissions are not accepted.
• Computational preference points under PPPFA 80/20 with specific goals (black ownership, women ownership, youth, disability) evidenced by supporting documents.

• Documents to submit: SBD 4, completed pricing schedule (NLC Pricing Schedule), POPIA Consent Form, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD full report with SARS tax compliance status, municipality food premises certificate, and tax compliance documents.
• Registration and prerequisites: ensure CSD registration and tax compliance; provide TCS PIN or SARS proof.
