Overview

Procurement of a catering service provider to supply catering for the National Lotteries Commission's Education and Awareness Workshop in Noordhoek, Western Cape. The one-day event targets approximately 100 delegates at Noordhoek Community Hall (27 October 2026). Bidders should be qualified caterers with a valid Western Cape COA, CSD registration, tax compliance, and POPIA/B-BBEE credentials, capable of delivering on the specified menu and logistics. Requirements

• Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and the quotation.
• Certificate of Acceptability for Food Premises (COA) from the Western Cape local municipality.
• Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a recent CSD report; SARS tax compliance status.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; where applicable, CSD number if no TCS.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs must submit to qualify for preferences).
• POPIA consent form and processing disclosures.
• Evidence for specific goals if claiming PPPFA preferences (Black Ownership, Women Ownership, Youth Ownership, Disabilities).
• Confirmation of ability to deliver a one-day catering service at Noordhoek Community Hall; bring own cutlery/ware; waste removal; timely delivery.
• Note: COIDA coverage may be requested; no services or goods may be supplied before a Purchase Order is issued.
