Overview

Procurement of catering services for the National Lotteries Commission Heritage Day celebration at the Northwest Office. The NL C seeks a qualified caterer to provide lunch and related services for an education and awareness workshop in the Northwest province (date: 23 September 2026) at 12:00, venue 12 Visser Street, Golfview, Mahikeng. Bidders should have event-catering experience for government processes and meet requirements such as CSD registration, POPIA compliance, BBBEE, and municipality COA.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration with SARS tax compliance; provide CSD summary report.
• Complete Standard Bidding Documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and full pricing schedule.
• POPIA consent form and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Tax compliance status (TCS PIN) or CSD number if no TCS.
• Certificate of acceptability for food premises from Northwest Province municipality.
• Compliance with PPPFA 2022 80/20 framework (price vs. specific goals); minimum 60-day RFQ validity.
• Occupational health and safety: COIDA coverage for bidders and staff.
• On-site delivery and waste removal per catering spec (bring own cutlery, plates, tablecloths, and remove waste).
