The National Lotteries Commission invites a catering service provider to execute catering for the Education and Awareness Workshop in Cassel, Northern Cape; suitable bidders are catering firms with Northern Cape food premises COA, CSD registration, and compliance with PPPFA/POPIA requirements.

Requirements

• Catering services for a one-day event on 20 October 2026 at Cassel Bagathaganyana Tribal Hall (Lunch at 12:00; venue specified in RFQ).
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a CSD summary with SARS tax compliance status.
• Must submit the required SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and POPIA consent.
• Must hold a valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) for food premises in the Northern Cape Province.
• Must adhere to procurement rules (80/20 PPPFA; BBBEE or sworn affidavit for preference points) and be able to provide required documentation (COIDA, tax clearance, etc.) if requested.
• Submission via the E-Tender Portal; no email submissions accepted; readiness to print and present specified event materials and waste removal per the specs.
