Overview

The National Lotteries Commission seeks a catering service provider to supply catering for an Education and Awareness Workshop in the Western Cape (Riviersonderend), on 30 July 2026. The event is a one-day service at Riviersonderend Primary School Hall, with pre-packaged lunch and beverages for around 50 delegates, plus related logistics. Requirements

• RFQ RFQ2025-007-015; closing 23 July 2026 at 11:00; submissions online via the E-tender portal; email submissions not accepted.
• RFQ validity: 60 days from closing.
• Compliance: PPPFA 2022 80/20; B-BBEE and related documentation; CSD registration; SARS tax compliance; POPIA consent; COIDA where requested; SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1); NLC pricing schedule.
• Mandatory: Certificate from Western Cape food premises COA; ability to supply pre-packaged lunch as specified; waste removal and on-time delivery; self-contained service with own cutlery/serviettes; reporting to NLC.
• Administrative capabilities: potential courier submission of hard copies within 3 working days if requested.

• Include: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; fully completed pricing schedule (NLC Pricing Schedule); POPIA consent form; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD summary with tax status; COA for food premises (Western Cape); TCS PIN or CSD number per party; and any other documents listed in Stage 2–3.
• If requested, provide hard copies via courier within 3 working days (hard copies of certifications, COIDA, etc.).
