Overview

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with recent CSD report and SARS tax compliance.
• Valid POPIA consent and signature on required forms; fully completed SBDs (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1).
• Certificate of Acceptability (COA) for food premises from the Northern Cape municipality.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status or PIN; if applicable, provide CSD number.
• BBBEE documentation: Certificate or sworn affidavit showing relevant status.
• Delivery readiness for a one-day event; pre-packaged lunch; bring own cutlery, plates, etc.; waste must be collected using refuse bags and removed after service.

• Submissions must be made online via the E-Tender Portal by 12 Oct 2026 at 11:00; email submissions are not considered (RFQ document RFQ2026-010-005).
