Overview

The National Lotteries Commission seeks a catering service provider to supply catering for its Education and Awareness Workshop in the Eastern Cape. The one-day event on 09 September 2026 at Mt Frere Town Hall requires pre-packaged lunch for 150 delegates and beverages, with on-site delivery and waste removal. Bid should be suitable for catering companies with event-service experience and compliance with food premises certification, CSD and tax compliance, POPIA, COIDA, and B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and the NLC Pricing Schedule
• POPIA consent form
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with full CSD report and SARS tax compliance status
• Certificate of acceptability for food premises from the Eastern Cape municipality
• Evidence of COIDA/Compensation Fund coverage
• Submission via the E-TENDER PORTAL; late or incomplete submissions disqualified
