Overview

The National Lotteries Commission invites bids for catering services for a one-day Education and Awareness Workshop in Limpopo. The event is at Mookgophong Municipality Offices, Banquet Hall, on 29 July 2026. Submissions are via the E-tender portal, with a closing date of 10 July 2026 at 11:00.

Requirements

• Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD4) and SBD6.1; pricing schedule submitted (NLC Pricing Schedule).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with full CSD report and SARS tax compliance status (PIN) or CSD number.
• POPIA consent form and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Proof of food premises acceptable to the local Limpopo municipality (COA).
• Compliance with Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act; COIDA proof if requested.
• Catering in accordance with the specified menu, plus notes: bring own cutlery/plates/cups/serviettes, deliver on time, waste removal, and bring the specification printout.
• Preference points eligibility under PPPFA 2022 (80/20) with evidence for specific goals (Black Ownership, Women, Youth, Disabilities).
