Overview

Procurement of a catering service provider to supply on-site catering for the National Lotteries Commission Education and Awareness Workshop in the Western Cape (one-day event). Requirements

• Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, 4, 6.1) and pricing schedule.
• POPIA consent form and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with a full CSD report and SARS tax compliance status; provide TCS PIN if applicable.
• Valid municipality food premises certification (Western Cape).
• Compliance with 80/20 PPPFA evaluation (price + specific goals) and related documentation.
• Instructions to deliver on the day: on-time delivery, waste removal, and provision of own cutlery/serviettes as per the spec.
