Requirements

• Fully qualified catering service for a one-day Heritage Day event; delivery to 1C Summer Greens Drive, Milnerton, Western Cape.
• Catering must include specified menu items (3 starches, 4 meats, 2 vegetables, 2 salads, beverages for 14, plus a vegetarian option) and bring own serviceware; waste removal after the event.
• Compliance documents: SBD forms; POPIA consent; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD registration with latest CSD report; SARS tax-compliance status (TCS PIN) or CSD number; COIDA/WorkCover proof; municipal COA for food premises (Western Cape).
• Adhere to PPPFA 2022 80/20 framework with up to 20 points for specific goals (Black ownership, Women ownership, Youth, Disabilities).
• Administrative/mandatory requirements and potential due diligence as part of the award process.
• Submissions are confidential and must be through the E-Tender Portal; hard copies may be requested if necessary (courier within 3 working days).
