Overview

The National Lotteries Commission seeks a catering service provider to supply catering for the Heritage Day celebration at the NLC Western Cape Office. Requirements

• Must be able to provide on-site catering for approximately 20 delegates, with specified menu items and beverages.
• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a current CSD summary and SARS tax compliance status.
• Complete and sign the required bidding forms (SBD4 and SBD6.1) and submit a fully completed pricing schedule.
• Provide POPIA consent form and BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Proof of residence within the Western Cape Province (no bank statements).
• Comply with PPPFA 80/20 framework and related preferences; demonstrate compliance to specific goals (Black Ownership, Women ownership, Youth ownership, Disabilities).
• Abide by the listed terms, including waste management, timely delivery, and use of provided venue policies.
