Overview

Appointment of service providers for bus fumigation services as and when required for a period of three years at Cape Town and Gauteng depots. PRASA seeks bidders with fleet fumigation capability to cover on-site fumigation at Cape Town Depot, Harmony Depot, and Pretoria Depot, for a three-year programme.

Requirements

• Compliance with tax and supplier registration: Tax compliance (SARS TCS/PIN) and registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). (FORM B; FORM D; Annexure A)
• Administrative and BBBEE requirements, including completion of SBD forms and adherence to funding and governance rules. (Annexure A; Form B; Form H)
• Two-envelope bid submission: Volume 1 technical/compliance; Volume 2 financial proposal and specific goals. (FORM B; 8.1–8.3)
