Procurement of a service provider to deliver a comprehensive organisational design project for Onderstepoort Biological Products, including a diagnostic of the current state, a skills audit, job profiling and grading, and market benchmarking for all positions. The bidder should be an HR/OD consulting firm with proven capability in organisational design, skills audits, job evaluation/grading (Patterson grading), and remuneration benchmarking, with track record across public and private sectors and unionised environments. Deliverables span current-state diagnostic, future-state design, job profiles, grading, salary benchmarking, performance framework, transition plan, and a final integrated design, plus ongoing stakeholder engagement and status reporting. Valid bid requires detailed methodology, team CVs, five client references, and a milestone-based pricing schedule, all supported by tax clearance, CSD registration, COID, and relevant SBD forms. Proposals must be hand-delivered by 13:00 on 19 Oct 2026 to OBP; fax/email bids are not accepted. Enquiries close nine working days before the closing date.
