Overview

Procurement of 60 months of comprehensive telephone services and related ICT infrastructure for the KwaZulu-Natal Museum, including VOIP/Internet, lines, PABX hardware, installation, and fibre backbone. Bidders should have ICT/telecommunications capabilities (PABX systems, SIP trunking, IP phones, data/voice routing, and cabling), with demonstrated experience in VOIP, PABX installations, and multi-floor fibre deployments. Requirements

• BDS/registrations: Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration; Tax clearance; completed SBD forms.
• Preference points: 80/20 system with points for Black Ownership, Women, Youth, Disability, Locality.
• Technical scope: Yeastar PABX and Yealink SIP devices, installation, and related data/voice services; fibre backbone for a 5-floor building; associated cabinet and PoE switch infrastructure.
• Contract terms: 90-day bid validity; fixed price for the bid period; provide performance security within 30 days of award; warranty of 12 months for supplied goods.
• Compliance: adherence to GCC/SCC, delivery in Rand, and acceptance of penalties for late delivery or non-performance; compliance with anti-corruption and procurement rules.
