Overview

Procurement of a cloud-based, white-label ticketing solution for The Market Theatre Foundation (MTF). Bidders with ticketing software, CRM, sales outlets, hosting, and banking integration experience are invited for a 3-year contract. The MTF will own generated databases; an established outlet footprint and banking integration are required. A site tour/briefing is not compulsory.

Requirements

• Functional: 24/7 support; mobile/mobile app; print-at-home tickets; multiple payment options; inventory control; cloud-based; minimal bandwidth; onsite, wide-area, and theatre website sales; full CRM and reporting; VIP membership; access control; bank integration with MTf account; disaster recovery/BCP; backup; box-office override during peaks; brand-only presentation.
• Technical/operational: bidder provides all hardware/software/networking; real-time reporting; website/social media integration; customer portal; loyalty program; 24/7 technical support; documented DRP/BCP.
• Data/ownership and compliance: MTf-owned database; adhere to PFMA, OHS Act, POPIA; audits coordinated with Facilities Manager.
• Outlets and integration: attach existing outlet list; ensure outlet integration with the ticketing engine.
• Documentation/Pre-qualifications: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (BBBEE), valid Tax clearance, BBBEE certificate, CSD registration with positive status (current within 30 days), CSD reports, and complete pricing schedule.
• Evaluation: minimum 75/100 for functionality; 80/20 price-preference; specific-goal points apply (e.g., Black ownership, youth, etc.).

• Delivery/PO terms: delivery within 1 week of PO; 30-day payment terms; pricing valid for 90 days; prices in Rand (VAT-inclusive); include cost assumptions and any currency risk.
• Additional: sign MTf’s Service-Level Agreement; comply with PFMA, OHS, POPIA.
