Procurement of consultancy services for beaconing of Arimi plots (roads) at Arimi in Elburgon, Molo Sub-County – Nakuru County. Open to all bidders; suitable for urban planning, civil engineering, surveying, and related consultancy with qualifications to perform beaconing of road plots under a QCBS process.

Requirements

• Eligibility: open to all bidders; ensure no PPRA debarment; no conflicts of interest; comply with Kenyan laws.
• Tender security: Ksh 6,000 in acceptable bank/insurance/financial-institution form.
• Proposals: submit Technical and Financial Proposals in separate envelopes; include standard forms and required CVs for Key Experts; attach Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination.
• Tax and compliance: provide tax compliance certificate for Kenyan firms; observe anti-corruption, anti-competitive requirements.
• Key Experts: CVs for identified Key Experts; experts must not appear in multiple proposals unless permitted; substitutions allowed only with justification.
• Subcontracting: permitted only with prior written approval; not for the entire assignment.
• Language and documents: proposals in English; documents as per Data Sheet (technical forms TECH-1 to TECH-7; financial forms FIN-1 to FIN-4).
• Evaluation and conflict rules: adhere to ITC provisions on conflicts of interest, transparency, and fair competition.
